Important: Please read this disclaimer carefully before using Ease.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (US), 999 (UK), or your local emergency number immediately. Do not use this app to seek emergency medical help.
Ease is a wellness and self-help application. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, therapy service, or medical application. Ease has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, or any other medical regulatory body.
Ease is designed to complement — not replace — professional medical and mental health care. The Service should not be used as a substitute for consultations with qualified healthcare professionals, including but not limited to physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, or licensed therapists.
You should not make any changes to your medication, treatment plan, or healthcare routine based on information received through Ease without first consulting your healthcare provider.
Ease uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses. These responses are generated by a language model and have important limitations:
• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate.
• The AI does not have access to your medical records, test results, or medical history.
• The AI cannot physically examine you or perform diagnostic tests.
• The AI is not a licensed healthcare professional.
• AI-generated pattern analysis and clinical summaries are approximations, not clinical assessments.
Ease does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or recommend specific treatments. Any information provided through the Service about symptoms, conditions, or health topics is for general informational and educational purposes only.
The "Therapist Report" feature generates a summary of your self-reported data and AI-analyzed patterns. This report is intended to be shared with and reviewed by your licensed healthcare provider. The clinical language and recommendations in the report are AI-generated and should be validated by a qualified clinician. The report does not constitute a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment plan.
Contact emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room immediately if you experience:
• Sudden severe chest pain, especially with shortness of breath or arm/jaw pain
• Signs of stroke (sudden numbness, confusion, trouble speaking, severe headache)
• Difficulty breathing or swallowing
• Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
• Any symptom you believe may be life-threatening
By using Ease, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these limitations. You agree that you are ultimately responsible for your own health decisions and that you will seek appropriate professional medical care when needed.
If you are in crisis or need immediate support:
